♥ back from bintan

Hi all, this is dedicated to all involved in COR'09, but yet to recover from the camp blues...

Will never forget the happy days we spent together, we play together, eat together, sleep together...

I had FUN... becos of U!!!

Thanks to all, who made me feel part of this big family. Although I am down for filming most of the time while others are having fun in the activities, many peers made me feel I AM greatly involved in this camp as well.

Really enjoyed the times with you all, as a group~~

You all are always there to pull me along, guide me along... and also helping me with the sign languages which I dun quite really understand. Hehe

During the trekking at Gunung Bintan, thanks for always looking out for me, and my video camera. It's hard to film and walk at the same time, especially when the routes are slippery. Well, but I know I am well taken care of~~ Not only from my group members, but also from the instructors, Jay, Alvin, Mong Kong, Malina, and Suzanne.

It's really a wonderful feeling that I never had before after completing the trekking. It's not just about conquering the mountain, but the great team spirit among all of us. The help, the care and the encouragement to pull each other along. PROUD to be a TEAM!!

The last day was beach games and coconut tree climbing... I was standing at the side to film the activites, so was not involved in either of them. But in the end, I was 'forced' up the coconut tree. Seriously, I didnt really want to go up. Main reason... I was SCARED of heights. But I went up in the end... Well, I was the last to go up, after everyone had left to wash up. So only the instructors were left behind, with Ryan and QianHao...

Once I was up on the tree, I was screaming and shouting as I climbed up slowly (really very slowly). Jay was down there belaying me, and sad to say, I think he had a hard time down there too... cos I never seem to be able to get up the tree... Lolz. Alvin was there too, instructing me where to put my foot, where to place my hand, how to climb up with some techniques... but of cos, I din made it. I only like climb halfway up the coconut tree, and I totally gave up. Seriously, I climb halfway up is with the HELP of Jay and Alvin, cos I confirm will stay hanging there for hours without any help... haihz... T.T

Cos I was scared of heights, I din really dare to look down... and I was like screaming again and again. ARH~~~~ pls... help... me... get... down... Finally... I was down on the ground. That was the time when I first felt that how good it is to be on solid ground~~~ realli~~~ The kind of solid 踏实 feeling that suddenly is so precious... omg!!!

I have to say... sorry to all, I din make it to the top... But really thanks for the effort to pull me halfway up the tree. Yeap, I was the last person up the tree, and the first person to come down crying... Ooops~~~

I know I am safe up there, with the instructors... but it's just a kind of feeling which i dun really like. The sense of insecurity.... To me, it's already an achievement. 真的... I dun even dare to climb beyond the second step of a portable aluminium ladder, let alone climb up the coconut tree....

Finally it's time to say goodbye...
